Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using POSTIZM3, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Application Purpose
POSTIZM3 is a self-hosted social media content management and publishing tool operated by M3 Studio.
POSTIZM3 helps authorized users connect their social media accounts, prepare media content, schedule posts, and publish content through official platform APIs, including TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram where enabled by the user.
Permitted Use
Users may only use POSTIZM3 to:
- Connect TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, or other social media accounts they own or are authorized to manage
- Upload, create, and publish lawful content
- Schedule social media posts
- Manage social media publishing workflows
- Review account information made available by connected platform APIs for account identification and publishing setup
TikTok API Scope Usage
When a user connects a TikTok account, POSTIZM3 may request TikTok permissions only for the following purposes:
- user.info.basic: used to identify the connected TikTok account and display basic account information in POSTIZM3.
- user.info.profile: used to retrieve profile information made available by TikTok so users can confirm which account is connected.
- video.create: used to create TikTok video publishing drafts or publishing objects through TikTok’s official API.
- video.upload: used to upload user-provided video files to TikTok for authorized publishing workflows.
- video.publish: used to publish user-authorized video content to the connected TikTok account.
Facebook and Instagram API Usage
When a user connects a Facebook Page or Instagram account, POSTIZM3 may request Meta permissions only for account connection and user-authorized publishing workflows.
Depending on the features enabled for the user, these permissions may be used to:
- Identify connected Facebook Pages and Instagram Business or Creator accounts
- Display connected account details so users can confirm which accounts they are managing
- Upload user-selected images or videos for Facebook or Instagram publishing
- Create, schedule, and publish user-authorized posts, captions, and media content
- Retrieve publishing status, post identifiers, and API error responses needed to maintain or troubleshoot publishing workflows
Users are responsible for ensuring that any Facebook Page or Instagram account connected to POSTIZM3 is owned by them or that they have permission to manage and publish to it.
Prohibited Use
Users may not use POSTIZM3 to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe intellectual property rights
- Abuse third-party platform APIs
- Publish unauthorized, harmful, or misleading content
- Publish content to accounts they do not own or are not authorized to manage
- Attempt unauthorized access to the system
User Consent and Connected Accounts
Users grant access to TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and other supported platforms through each platform’s official authorization flow.
Users may revoke access through the connected platform’s account settings, by removing the connected channel from POSTIZM3 where available, or by contacting the operator at the email address below.
Content Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for the content they upload, schedule, or publish through POSTIZM3.
Users must ensure they have all required rights, permissions, and consents for any media, text, captions, or other materials they publish.
Availability
POSTIZM3 is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.
Availability, features, or access may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of POSTIZM3.
Third-Party Platform Rules
Users must comply with the terms, policies, developer rules, community guidelines, and API requirements of connected third-party platforms, including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and any other supported social networks.
