POSTIZM3 is a self-hosted social media content management and publishing tool operated by M3 Studio.
POSTIZM3 allows authorized users to connect social media accounts, including TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram accounts, upload media, schedule posts, and publish user-authorized content through official platform APIs.
Information Collected
POSTIZM3 may process the following information:
- Authentication tokens and authorization data provided by connected social media platforms
- Basic TikTok account information made available through TikTok APIs, such as account identifiers, display names, avatars, and profile information
- Basic Facebook Page and Instagram account information made available through Meta APIs, such as account identifiers, page names, usernames, profile images, and connected account status
- Media files uploaded by users for publishing, including videos, images, captions, descriptions, and related post content
- Scheduling and publishing metadata
- Technical logs needed to maintain application functionality, troubleshoot publishing errors, and protect the service
TikTok Scopes and Data Use
When a user connects a TikTok account, POSTIZM3 may request the following TikTok scopes:
- user.info.basic: used to identify the connected TikTok account and display basic account details to the user.
- user.info.profile: used to retrieve profile information made available by TikTok so the user can verify the connected account.
- video.create: used to create video publishing drafts or publishing objects through TikTok’s official API.
- video.upload: used to upload user-selected video files to TikTok for publishing.
- video.publish: used to publish user-authorized video content to the connected TikTok account.
POSTIZM3 does not use TikTok data for advertising, profiling, resale, or unrelated analytics.
Facebook and Instagram Data Use
When a user connects a Facebook Page or Instagram account, POSTIZM3 may request permissions through Meta’s official authorization flow only to support account connection and publishing workflows.
Depending on the features enabled for the user, POSTIZM3 may process:
- Facebook Page identifiers, names, profile images, access tokens, and page connection metadata
- Instagram Business or Creator account identifiers, usernames, profile images, and connection metadata
- User-selected images, videos, captions, descriptions, hashtags, and scheduling information prepared for Facebook or Instagram publishing
- Publishing status, post identifiers, and API error responses needed to confirm, troubleshoot, or retry user-authorized publishing actions
Facebook and Instagram data is used only to identify connected accounts, display account details to authorized users, upload user-selected media, create posts, publish authorized content, manage scheduled content, and maintain publishing functionality.
POSTIZM3 does not use Facebook or Instagram data for advertising, profiling, resale, or unrelated analytics.
How Information Is Used
Information is used only for the following purposes:
- Authenticating connected accounts
- Uploading and publishing authorized content
- Managing scheduled posts
- Maintaining application functionality and security
- Displaying connected account details so users can confirm which account they are managing
- Diagnosing failed uploads, failed publishing attempts, or platform API errors
Data Sharing
No personal data is sold, rented, or shared for advertising purposes.
Data is shared only when necessary to operate requested publishing workflows with connected platform APIs, such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, or other social networks, or when required by law.
Data Storage and Retention
Data may be stored on self-hosted infrastructure controlled by M3 Studio or its authorized hosting providers.
Authentication tokens, publishing metadata, and uploaded media are retained only as long as needed to provide POSTIZM3, maintain connected accounts, complete scheduled publishing workflows, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or protect the security of the service.
Users may request deletion of their connected account data by contacting the email address below. Some records may be retained where required for security, legal compliance, backup integrity, or audit purposes.
Consent and Revocation
Users grant access to TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and other supported platforms through each platform’s official OAuth or authorization flow.
Users may revoke access through the connected platform’s account settings, by disconnecting the channel from POSTIZM3 where available, or by contacting M3 Studio at the email address below.
Security
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect stored information, including access controls, HTTPS access, and restricted administrative access to hosting infrastructure.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and POSTIZM3 cannot guarantee absolute security.
User Access and Control
Access to POSTIZM3 is limited to authorized users. Users should only connect accounts they own or are authorized to manage.
Users may contact M3 Studio to request access, correction, disconnection, or deletion of data associated with their connected social media accounts.
